Oktopus UK have been supplying suction lifting devices and vacuum lifting machines for the roofing, cladding and glazing industries for over ten years and the Oktopus range have been tried and tested in the UK market place. Formed in 1998, It’s original market was the coldstore industry. With the increasing demand for fire retardant panels, the market direction moved away from polystyrene and polyurethane panels into mineral wool and PIR.

We are the sole UK distributor for the Oktopus range of suction lifting devices and vacuum lifting machines and all machines are supplied with CE certification and meet all necessary UK lifting regulations such as BS EN 13155. There is a full range of Oktopus  vacuum lifting machines available for every aspect of roofing, cladding, glazing and curtain walling and different crane mounted, fork lift or telehandler mounted solutions ensure you are supplied with the right machine for the job. The Oktopus systems can handle every profile of cladding panels and can handle roof panels up to 30 metres in length.

Oktopus UK also have a full crane division including a full range of innovative trailer mounted cranes, mini crawler cranes and spider cranes. Our Compact Cranes bring innovative lifting solutions for restricted access work. We supply trailer mounted cranes, mini crawler cranes and spider cranes for many different industries and these cranes are the perfect companion for roofers, glaziers and cladders when roofing, glazing or cladding in close areas. There are many different mini crawler cranes and trailer cranes in the range all with different specifications to suit any contract.
